Find books (including ebooks), electronic government publications, and DVDs using the search box on the library's home page.

  • Use quotes to search for a phrase
    • "public health"
  • Search by boolean keyword, combining different concepts using and
    • "public health" and tuberculosis
  • In the left margin, use Limits to narrow your results to a specific format or collection, i.e. Reference Collection, DVDs
  • Use the words under the heading "Subjects" to identify to additional related items

Not finding what you need in the TCNJ Library? Try the same search strategies in WorldCat, a database of the holdings of research libraries across the country. If you see something you need that we don't have, we can borrow it through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
