TCNJ Scholars License Agreement (summary)
Contributors retain any copyright they have for all content posted in TCNJ Scholars. When depositing content into TCNJ Scholars, you will be asked to represent the following:
For published materials, TCNJ Scholars will accept for deposit only versions that are allowed by the respective publisher’s copyright policies.
Under U.S. copyright law,* each co-author of a joint work holds copyright and, individually, has the right to grant non-exclusive permission to distribute the work for non-commercial purposes without checking with the co-author(s).
Students making submissions to TCNJ Scholars will be additionally asked to consent to sharing their works publicly to comply with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations.
