Research *raises* questions & answers questions

Every research project is an evolving inquiry.

While we use information sources to answer questions, those sources are just as likely to raise new questions or reveal that our starting question needs adaptation. Learning to ask "what questions can I ask?" is a key development. Skilled researchers don’t come up with questions out of the blue, but, for novices, this aspect of research is often a mystery.
