Things to Consider

If no resource already exists that meets your specific needs, it may be worthwhile to create your own OER.

When creating your own, here are some of the things you want to consider:

  • How will you make your OER sharable (what license will you use?)
  • How will you make the material available to students?
  • Where will you get your content from?
  • Who can you collaborate with?
