Appendix D.1, LC PCC-PS 1.7.1

Add a period in 245 and 250 fields, and in 300 fields when a record has a 490 field, even when an ending mark of punctuation is present, such as a period, question mark, and square bracket. Enclose successive supplied elements within the same field in seperate square brackets.
