The Board of Trustee records consists of minutes of public meetings from 1968 to 1992 (incomplete); minutes of February, April, and June 1997, and the September 1997 agenda; minutes of December 1999; the preliminary agenda and minutes of January 2000; and the preliminary agendas for February and April 2000. One file also contains the Trusteegram, a publication produced by the Board of Trustees in the mid-1970's. Trustee Line, published by the Office of College Relations, which can be found in the College Publications Records. The Board of Trustee records also contains a brief biography of each member of the Board for the year 1987.
The minutes typically consist of actions taken by and reports submitted to the Board. Many of the minutes have appendices. Indication is also made of which members of the Board attended the meetings. Generally Board meetings were held once every 4-6 weeks, though often not meeting between July and September.
Trusteegram was a publication produced by the Board of Trustees beginning in 1974. The Trusteegrams appeared to be essentially memos between the Chair of the Board and the other Board members concerning upcoming meetings, agendas, and items for consideration.
